• Registration conditions:
You are entitled to register as a beneficiary customer or service provider and benefit from the services if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
A- For Beneficiary Clients:
To be of legal age to be able to reserve the services and to be able to provide an address in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take advantage of all the available services.
b- For service providers:
- To have a company or commercial establishment registered in accordance with the laws of the Ministry of Commerce.
- That you provide evidence of the authorization of individuals who register on or use the site.
The first month will be free. The service provider has the right to try the service, after which he can sign the agreement contract between him and Beauty Station.
• How to register:
A- For Beneficiary Clients:
Download the Beauty Station application on the mobile phone, register all the required information and agree to the terms and conditions.
b- For service providers:
The service provider can join the application by registering through the website of Beauty Station and completing the signing of the agreement, and then he can present his services to the beneficiary customers, and we have also provided an easy control panel to manage and confirm reservations.
• Service Provider's Obligation:
The service provider abides by the laws, regulations, regulations, standards and requirements of the Food and Drug Authority, the Ministry of Commerce and other regulatory bodies, and the application of the standards and requirements considered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as (the location of the salon - the preparation of the salon - the materials used - household services and the labor practice of the activity). The Beauty Station application does not bear any consequences, damages, or violations related to salon products or their quality, and that the salon is solely responsible and bears any consequences that may arise due to its violation of the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We also do not guarantee that the services displayed on the application are identical to what is actually provided to customers, as the services displayed in the application are under the guarantee and responsibility of the salon alone.
• Customer's Commitment:
The customer should review the information provided by the salon on the Beauty Station application before booking the service appointment and check the quality of the materials used and the reliability of the salon. The customer is solely responsible for the correctness of his address to benefit from the home service and the Beauty Station application will not bear any responsibility or obligations in the event of incorrect information in the addresses. When the time for the reserved service arrives and the customer does not attend to take advantage of the service, then the reservation will be complete and the customer will not be able to recover the amounts paid.
• How to book a service appointment on the Beauty Station app:
When you wish to book a service at one of our salons, you can do so by clicking on the “Book” icon, selecting the required service and the time to be booked, then clicking on the “Payment” icon. When the payment process is completed, you will not be able to undo or modify, which will have to cancel the reservation and re-order. Reserving again. In this case, you may not be able to book the same previous service because of the priority of another customer who was able to book the service appointment that you canceled, knowing that we will return the paid amount to your wallet within the application to use it in other reservations in the future. • Undertakings and representations:
A- The service provider/customer acknowledges that the information entered in the registration form is correct, and updates it if necessary.
B- The service provider/customer acknowledges that he is solely responsible for any losses or damages that may arise from any incorrect or insufficient information.
C- The service provider/customer acknowledges his consent to the exchange of his information between companies within the application regarding his executed operations and the evaluation of dealings with him.
d- The service provider/customer acknowledges that the personal data obtained through the use of Beauty Station services is within the consent of the user.
C- The service provider/client undertakes to maintain the password for his account or any method we provide to him that allows access to his account in a secure and confidential manner.
h- The service provider / customer undertakes to use the application for lawful purposes only, and will not use the services to purchase, advertise or receive any illegal or fraudulent materials.
g- The service provider/client undertakes not to disrupt or cause to impede the proper operation of the Beauty Station.
D- The service provider/client undertakes not to send any unethical, racist, or contrary messages to local laws and international agreements.
i- The Service Provider/Customer undertakes not to harass or threaten other users or any of Beauty Station's customer service staff.
J- The service provider / customer undertakes not to send or publish any immoral, inappropriate and illegal materials and information that may cause harm to the names of any persons or institutions.
g- The service provider/client undertakes not to engage in any malicious acts and not to transmit any information or software that may harm the information or software on the devices of other Beaustation users.
Q- The service provider / customer undertakes not to copy or distribute the platform or other content without the official permission of Beauty Station.
U- The service provider/client informs that Beauty Station has the right to refuse to accept the service provider or refuse to register a client as it deems fit without providing a reason.
• Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual property rights to this website/application and all material related to it that appear on it is the property of Beautystation App. and that all content on the Site is our property or the property of our licensors, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software. We (or our licensors, as the case may be) reserve all right, title and interest in and to the Site and the Services, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights contained in these Terms of Use and all rights, title and interest in any information, materials or other content that you provide through your use of the Services in addition to all of your intellectual property rights contained in these Terms of Use will become our property, and you know that you may not use our Trademarks without our prior written consent. • Payment:
You must pay the value of the services to the service provider through the electronic payment method.
• Cancellation policy for reservations and refunds:
1- Free cancellation: when you cancel your reservation request (5 hours or more before the service time).
2- Non-free cancellation: 100% of the value of the paid amount will be deducted in case you cancel the reservation (4 hours or less before the service date).
3- The customer has the right to refund the full amount paid in the event of a delay in implementing the service provided to him for a period exceeding an hour from the time of his reservation and did not want to obtain an alternative appointment or in the event that the service provider was unable to provide the service to the customer or in the absence of the specified worker in the reservation and the customer did not want to choose another worker.
• Suspension, Termination or Cancellation:
Without prejudice to any of your rights or remedies or without any liability to you, we may suspend or withdraw your access to or use of the Services, cancel your reservation or delete Content provided by you in our sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any amounts paid and received by us in connection with the reservations we have canceled will be refunded.
